What you will learn
In this hands-on class, our instructor will introduce you to traditional Asian ingredients and show you how to achieve the delicate balance of flavors that make Vietnamese cuisine uniquely delicious. Start with Vietnamese Iced Coffee, then we’ll walk you through the steps for preparing some classic Vietnamese favorites. You’ll work alongside other classmates learning to make your own restaurant-style summer rolls with homemade dipping sauce. Plus, we’ll end on a sweet note with creamy, frozen tapioca and fresh mango.
