What you will learn
Cooking Class Description: This class is all about showing you how to recreate French flavors with seasonal foods, starting with a fresh pear and hazelnut salad. Then we'll show you how to achieve the perfect sear on your steak. Then we'll walk through the ins and outs of creating homemade frites with a garlic aioli dipping sauce. We'll melt, fold and whisk our way to a decadent espresso chocolate mousse as a sweet finish to this meal.
