What you will learn
Infuse tremendous, slow-cooked full flavor and moistness into your favorite foods, all from indoors and in less time than traditional methods. We’ll use the Original Stovetop Smoker to demonstrate a healthy way to infuse flavor without adding calories or oil. Great for meat, seafood and poultry, we’ll also demonstrate how foods such as cheese and fruit also reap the benefits of the smoking process. Discover the robust flavors that only smoke can give.
