Ingredients
- 1 bottle rosé wine
- ½ cup raspberry and strawberry purée (blending together with a little water if needed)
- 2-3 tbsp agave or simple syrup (to taste)
- 2-3 oz elderflower liqueur
- ¼ cup orange liqueur or brandy (optional)
- 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries)
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- Sparkling water or prosecco, for topping
Procedure
In a pitcher, stir together rosé, fruit purée, sweetener and liqueur (if using).
Add berries and lemon slices, and stir gently.
Chill for at least 2 hours so the flavors meld.
Before serving, top each glass with sparkling water or prosecco for a bright finish.
