As we prepare a menu of simple yet impressive dishes you'll practice blanching vegetables, cooking prosciutto-wrapped chicken, creating homemade relish and vinaigrette, and making a classic chocolate mousse. Plus, we'll cover presentation techniques to ensure that your food looks as delicious as it tastes. Join us and discover how fun and easy entertaining can be.
