Class Description: Biting into a perfectly ripe peach is one of our favorite ways to celebrate summer. In this special hands-on class, we’ll show you innovative ways to incorporate fresh peaches into a variety of sweet and savory dishes. Our instructor will walk you through the steps for everything from pitting and grilling peaches to cooking salmon on a salt block. You’ll enjoy working alongside classmates as you practice working with puff pastry, making easy homemade vinaigrette and creating a refreshing frozen dessert. Join us and learn secrets for enhancing every dish with the flavor of fresh summer peaches.
Please Note: In most locations, local restrictions require we grill indoors.
