If you can’t make it to wine country this summer, that’s no problem. We’ll show you how to bring wine country to you with this class that’s perfect for anyone planning on entertaining this season. We’ll uncover techniques for bringing this versatile ingredient to the table with an assortment of wine friendly dishes full of fun summer flavors. Students will make pasta dough from scratch, and learn how to approach cooking with wine like a professional. To complete the feast, we’ll share recommendations on pairing your creations—from appetizers to dessert—with wines that complement each dish in your entire meal.

*Please note: In this class, we will discuss wine and wine pairing, but wine will not be served during class.*

What To Expect:

Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

  • Learn fundamental skills for a lifetime of great cooking
  • Work side-by-side with other students to prepare each dish
  • Interact with classmates and the instructor for a rich learning experience
  • Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student enjoys a generous taste of every dish
  • Held in our professional teaching kitchens, each class is led by an experienced chef instructor
  • Hands-on classes are limited to 16 participants
