Class Description: If you can’t make it to wine country this summer, that’s no problem. We’ll show you how to bring wine country to you with this class that’s perfect for anyone planning on entertaining this season. We’ll uncover techniques for bringing this versatile ingredient to the table with an assortment of wine friendly dishes full of fun summer flavors. Students will make pasta dough from scratch, and learn how to approach cooking with wine like a professional. To complete the feast, we’ll share recommendations on pairing your creations—from appetizers to dessert—with wines that complement each dish in your entire meal.
*Please Note: In this class, we will discuss wine and wine pairing, but wine will not be served during class.
What To Expect: Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above
You will work with other students in groups of 4
Hands-on classes are limited to 16 students
You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
