What you will learn
This region’s exotic flavors have won fans around the world, and in this class we’ll show you how surprisingly easy they are to achieve at home. With a special focus on seasoning, we’ll stop by four different countries on our Southeast Asian cooking adventure, and teach you how to balance the sweet, sour, salty and spicy flavors that are the hallmarks of these remarkable cuisines.
