There’s nothing more French than the crepe; its versatility satisfies as a main dish and equally tempts as dessert. In this class, you'll learn how to make a light and thin crepe, prepared for discerning palates with delicious savory and sweet fillings. First you’ll start with a smooth batter and learn techniques for cooking each crepe to perfection.
