Desserts are his specialty, and in this class he’ll share some of his favorite recipes as well as the tips and tricks pros use to make sure every creation comes out to perfection. You will walk away with the knowledge and confidence to recreate these sweets at home for your family and friends.
A native of Brooklyn, Chef Ed Blasé found his way in life through his love of cooking and food in general. Ed attended NYCC, where baking was his favorite subject. After moving to Virginia, he found himself at The Edible Garden restaurant in what he says is the best job he ever had. Currently he is the Executive Chef at the Canal Bistro at Off the Hookah, a restaurant that serves Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, American food and, of course, amazing desserts.
