Everyone, young and old alike, gathers in the kitchen to enjoy each other's company and assemble a mountain of tamales. From the basics of working with fresh masa (dough), to creating classic fillings and sauces, and finally essential wrapping techniques, learn how to make amazing, festive tamales in no time.
