What you will learn
The tartness of lemons compared to the sweetness of Meyer lemons will be the highlight of this class. We will learn how to execute a moist lemon Bundt cake with a wonderful berry sauce; make a refreshing sorbet with Limoncello, and perfect the technique of scone making.
