Class Description: Shake up your date night routine and expand your cooking repertoire. Moroccan cuisine features a unique blend of flavors from Spain, France, Africa and the Middle East. In this fun, hands-on class, you’ll learn the secrets for balancing the aromatic spices used in this exotic fare. You and your date will work alongside other couples as we practice making couscous, roasting Moroccan-style chicken and preparing a refreshing summer salad. Plus, we’ll end on a sweet note with an incredible fruit and nut tart. Once you discover how easy Moroccan cooking can be, you’ll look forward to preparing a feast to share with family and friends.
What To Expect: Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above
You will work with other students in groups of 4
Hands-on classes are limited to 16 students
You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
