What you will learn
Whether it's a dietary restriction or lifestyle change, baking gluten and dairy-free can be tricky. In this demonstration style-class we’ll show you how to bake foods that celebrate the taste of spring without sacrificing flavor. For dinner, we’ll show you the the secrets behind making beautifully textured gluten-free and casein-free breads, wonderful whole grain baguettes and fresh dill dinner rolls. Moving on to dessert, we’ll create a flaky pie crust, simple strawberry jam and a light and flavorful  lemon cake perfect for all your spring gatherings. Being gluten or dairy free doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice rich flavors and delicious desserts—not with our help, at least.
