What you will learn
Delicious Thai cuisine is all about balancing the complexity of sour, sweet, salty and bitter flavors into harmonious dishes. In this class you’ll learn how to combine noodles with aromatic herbs, spices and traditional ingredients to prepare classic Thai dishes. You’ll soon be balancing the unique flavors of Thailand into restaurant-quality, intensely flavorful dishes.
