Class Description: Looking to inspire your teen’s culinary creativity? In this 2 hour workshop, your teen will enjoy working alongside other young chefs learning to create a variety of delicious chocolate treats! Our instructor will walk your teen through the different types of chocolate, how (and why) to properly temper their chocolate, and then they'll roll their own truffles and create a scrumptious peppermint-chocolate bark. We’ll also cover the basics of mixing, measuring and of course, kitchen safety. Let us show your young chef how to have fun in the kitchen by making these delicious sweet treats.
