What you will learn
Break out the chopsticks! In this class, your teens will enjoy working alongside classmates learning to make delicious Chinese dishes.Our instructor will cover fundamentals such as basic knife skills, reading recipes and the importance of kitchen safety. Your teen chef will gain confidence in the kitchen as well as practice techniques for perfectly creating homemade dumplings, learning how to stir-fry vegetables and noodles, and end on a sweet note with fresh ginger ice cream. Each class runs for two hours and eveyone will enjoy a generous sample of every delectable dish. This March, share your passion for cooking by treating your teenager to a culinary experience they’ll never forget.
