What you will learn
Treat your teen to an immersive summer adventure filled with fantastic cooking skills and incredible flavors. Students will enjoy five days of hands-on restaurant-style cooking that includes crafting pizzas from scratch, creating fluffy soufflés and blowtorching s’mores. This summer series provides the perfect foundation for a lifetime of confident cooking. Designed for ages 12-17.
Classes run about two hours each and last for five consecutive days. Young chefs will enjoy generous samples of each delicious dish.

Hands-on class size vary up to 16 students
Students will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
Please have children wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
Sur La Table recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy, please contact your local Cooking School before attending the class. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.
