In this fun and delicious class, Chef Kathryn will share macaron baking secrets from the top pastry chefs in the world as you learn how to make the batter, pipe and bake, and sandwich an assortment of macarons with flavored ganache fillings.

Chef Kathryn currently teaches at the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in NYC, but used to bake macarons at Le Bernardin, Le Cirque, The Rainbow Room and Windows on the World. She also works annually with pastry chefs from around the world to produce the World Pastry Forum and Team Championship, the most prestigious pastry event in the United States (and has collected quite a lot of macaron recipes and techniques along the way!).
