What you will learn
Thin pancakes, crepes originate from Brittany in the northwest of France but are now considered something of a national dish. Served with both sweet and savory fillings, they are easy to prepare, remarkable versatile and crowd-pleasing favorites. We’ll share a menu that highlights just some of the different meal options available to crepe lovers, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert dishes.

Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
