The Kentuckiano Cocktail

Makes 1 cocktail
Ingredients
- 1½ oz of Bourbon
- 1 oz of Amaro Nonino
- ½ oz of Aperol
- ½ oz of Dolin Rouge Vermouth
- 5 dashes of Peychauds Bitters
- 2 orange peels, one for mixing and the other for garnish
Procedure
Add ice to one rocks glass allowing it to chill while you mix the cocktail
Pour each ingredient into a mixing glass, including the bitters and one squeezed orange peel, and stir a bit before adding the ice.
Add the ice and stir for approximately 15 seconds
Strain cocktail into the rocks glass in a steady pour until almost full
Squeeze the other orange peel above the drink, spritzing its oils, and insert into the drink for garnish
Enjoy!
