Spice up your day with fun, romance and scrumptious Spanish cuisine. Learn about the authentic ingredients that lend rich and distinctive flavors to regional dishes. Our instructor will share secrets for incorporating spices, pan roasting pork and putting a perfect sear on shrimp. We’ll walk you through the steps for creating a classic Romesco sauce and show you how to make easy vinaigrette from scratch. Plus, we’ll end on a sweet note with a traditional Spanish dessert, a delightfully smooth crème Catalan.
