Ingredients
1 cup (8 ounces) unsalted butter, at room temperature
3 cups confectioners’ sugar
Pinch kosher salt
2 tablespoons whole milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Procedure
1. To prepare buttercream: To the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, add butter, sugar, and salt and mix until pale and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add milk and vanilla and mix until smooth.
