Ingredients
- 1½ cups whole milk
- ⅔ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon, plus 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- ¼ teaspoon Kosher salt
Procedure
Whisk together the milk, cream, sugar, vanilla and salt for three minutes or until the sugar is dissolved. Stir well before using. Chill to 40° F, then pour 5 ounces into the Zoku Ice Cream Maker and follow the instructions included in the manual.
