Weak Knees Lime Wings

Makes 20 wings
Ingredients
- For the wings:
- 2 pounds chicken wings, drumettes and flats separated
- 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- For the glaze:
- 2 large limes, cut in half
- ¼ cup Weak Knees Gochujang Sriracha
Procedure
Preheat grill on medium heat.
In a large bowl, toss wings with oil and salt. Grill wings on one side for 4 to 5 minutes or until nicely charred. Turn and finish grilling for another 4 to 5 minutes. When turning the wings, lay the lime halves on the grill.
In a separate large bowl, add the Weak Knees Gochujang Sriracha. Remove finished wings to the bowl and toss to coat. Transfer to a large platter with grilled limes. Finish with a light squeeze of lime juice before serving.
