When the weather begins to cool, it's time to celebrate the incredible flavors of fall - Our instructor will show you quick and easy ways to transform seasonal ingredients into a variety of classic fall favorites your family will love. You'll work alongside classmates learning techniques for preparing tender and juicy pork chops, and creating perfectly cooked cod with a homemade sauce. Plus, you'll learn the secrets chefs use to create perfect pastry dough.
