What you will learn
In this class we show you how to prepare four essential fish dishes our experts think every chef should master. We'll focus on helping cooks learn how to take advantage of the fruits of the sea, and walk you through a menu full of tried and true, globally inspired favorites that are a necessary addition to everyone’s culinary repertoire.
