What you will learn
After brushing up on the basics of cutting fruits and veggies, get ready to take your knife skills to the next level. Learn to properly cut up a whole chicken, plus bone, pound and butterfly the breast, carve meat and more. In addition, view a fish-fillet demonstration and get tips on knife sharpening, maintenance and storage. We'll also cook up a few quick items with the things we have cut up.
