Class Description: Acclaimed chef Katie Button of Asheville, North Carolina's Cúrate and Nightbell joins Sur La Table for a demonstration of some of her favorite recipes from her new cookbook, CÚRATE: Authentic Spanish Food from an American Kitchen. Katie will show guests how to make convivial dishes such as classic tortilla Española and clams & chorizo in cider, with tips & techniques for bringing Spanish cuisine into their home cooking repertoire.
What To Expect: Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques.
Recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy, please check with your local Cooking School before attending the class. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.

- You may be standing for some of the class
- Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
