Brown Banana Ice Cream
Ingredients
  • 2 brown bananas, peeled, thinly sliced and frozen


Procedure
Scarp Used: Brown Bananas

Brown bananas will get sliced and frozen. They’ll get thrown into the KitchenAid ProLine Blender and blended into a creamy soft-serve texture. The ice cream can be enjoyed immediately or transferred to a loaf pan, frozen and scooped like ice cream. Both methods can get drizzled with hot fudge.


Blend bananas until smooth. Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours. Serve with toppings, if desired.
