Additional Information
This steel popper is perfect for creating old-fashioned popcorn on the hearth, campfire or fire pit. It pops up to three quarts at a time.
To use: Heat a couple of tablespoons of canola oil in the pan, add about 1/4 cup of kernels and spread evenly. Hold over flame or heat source, shaking from time to time while kernels start to pop. When the popping dies down, remove from heat and check to see if the popcorn is done. There will be some unpopped kernels.
Rome Industries is a three-generation family business known for its original cast iron pie irons, which have been manufactured since 1964. With roots in the Midwest, Rome’s outdoor cookware has built a strong fan base throughout North America as well as in Japan, Scandinavia and Northern Europe.
