What you will learn
Menu: Chocolate Macarons with Dark Chocolate Ganache - Chocolate Macarons with Coffee Buttercream

Class Description: In 1660, King Louis XIV of France ate macarons at his wedding and elevated macarons to their popularity today. In this class, we will be teaching you the art of making these precious and beautiful desserts. You will try your hand at whipping meringue and mixing batter to deliver crisp shells packed with cocoa flavor. Once the shells are ready, you will learn how to pipe in the fillings to create delicate macarons that will surely impress your guests.

Please Note: This is a three-hour class.
