There is nothing more satisfying than pasta made entirely from scratch. In this KitchenAid-sponsored class, you'll master fresh pasta dough before moving into two showstopping dishes. First, delicate pumpkin agnolotti folded by hand and tossed in a nutty brown butter and sage sauce. Then, rigatoni extruded through a KitchenAid pasta attachment and paired with spicy sausage, bitter broccoli rabe and fresh oregano for a bold, hearty plate. The meal rounds out with a crisp citrus and chicory salad, bitter radicchio and bright citrus cutting through the richness of the pasta.
