What you will learn
Join us for an evening of fun and romance as we transform the season's fresh produce into a meal that's perfect for any summertime gathering. You will work side by side with other classmates, learning techniques for everything from pickling and marinating to roasting and relish making. Our instructor will share the secrets to preparing perfectly cooked steak and teach you how to easily create a stunning summertime soufflé.
