What you will learn
Cooking Class Description: Treat your partner to a romantic night full of sumptuous, chef-inspired dishes. Start by creating fresh, from-scratch pasta dough, which our chef instructor will walk you through rolling and cutting. You will then fill the ravioli with lobster and fold it into a delicious white wine sauce. We'll create a flavor-packed crostini by caramelizing shallots to contrast with the tart Balsamic-Fig Jam and creamy Burrata. Dress up a crunchy winter salad with blood oranges for a bright, cuttingly fresh addition to this better-than-restaurant meal.

What To Expect: Great cooking is about more than recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

  • Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above
  • You will work with other students in groups of 4.
  • Hands-on classes are limited to 12-16 students, depending on location.
  • You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
  • Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
  • Students receive a coupon good for 10% off in-store purchases the day of class
