What you will learn

A result of the centuries-long interaction with the outside world, the cuisine of Morocco is a mix of Berber, Spanish, Portuguese, Moorish, Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, and African cuisines. Spices are used extensively, and we’ll show you how to bring these rich and exotic flavors to prepare an amazing authentic Moroccan feast from start to finish.
