What you will learn
Craft café-inspired beverages in our latest Focus Series class! Join our chef instructor and Breville Product Expert, Matt Davis, for an in-depth lesson on espresso. In this class, you will perfect your espresso shot and learn how to best use it as a versatile ingredient to create the delicious drinks you enjoy at your favorite coffee shop. They'll teach you the distinctions between various coffee recipes and the proportions of espresso, steamed milk and foam within each beverage. Whether you currently have an espresso machine or are interested in making the investment, you'll enjoy this coffee-curious class and get your fill on caffeine.

What You Will Need:
  • Coffee beans (roasted within one month and in the espresso machine hopper)
  • 1 gallon of milk or milk alternative (we recommend whole milk or, if using a milk alternative, oat milk for optimal results)

  • Breville espresso machine (with bean grinding capacity)
  • Full water tank and empty drip tray
  • Milk jug
  • Clean cloth
  • Knock box or receptacle for used coffee grounds
