Ingredients
- 1 bottle white wine (Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
- ½ cup brandy or triple sec
- 3-4 oz elderflower liqueur
- 1 cup green apple and kiwi juice (blended together with a little water)
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1-2 tbsp agave or simple syrup
- 1 green apple, thinly sliced
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 2 limes, thinly sliced
- 1 handful fresh mint
- Sparkling water or prosecco, for topping
- Star anise, to garnish
Procedure
In a pitcher, stir together wine, brandy, fruit juice, sweetener, lime juice and liqueur.
Add sliced apples, kiwi, lime, and mint. Stir gently.
Chill for at least 2 hours so the flavors meld.
Before serving, top each glass with sparkling water or prosecco for a bright finish.
