Class Description: Do you need ideas and recipes for quick, easy dinners to feed your family during a busy week? Or do you need advice on ways to get your child to expand their vegetable horizons? Learn how to prepare simple, delicious, easy to clean up family-friendly meals using real food ingredients. You'll do the cooking and eating! Bring your questions about nutrition, picky eaters, and food allergies. All recipes are refined sugar-free, dairy-optional and include no-nut and gluten-free alternatives.
Michelle Greenebaum is a nutrition coach and healthy cooking instructor. As owner of Together In The Kitchen, Michelle teaches people how to incorporate fast, delicious, real food into their busy lives with step-by-step support to make it happen. She offers healthy nutrient-dense recipes and meal plans, techniques for getting more home-cooked dinners on the table faster, tips for a well-stocked kitchen, as well as help for parents with picky eaters.
