In this hands-on class, our instructor will show you how to combine great nutrition with exceptional flavor in a variety of dishes that really pack a punch. You'll learn techniques for pickling, cooking grains, preparing homemade vinaigrettes and perfectly grilling chicken, fish and pork. Together, we'll incorporate seasonal vegetables, bright herbs and seasoning to create delicious, nutritious and satisfying dishes you and your family can enjoy anytime, without guilt.
