Past accomplishments include being a veteran of the line at Bastide, a former sous at Mastro's, and until recently, the executive chef at Shiloh's Steakhouse. Join us as Chef Katsuji leads you through the creation of a delicious Mexican feast using the techniques and tricks that have made him the expert in kosher Mexican cuisine. As a special bonus he will be demonstrating some molecular gastronomy skills in the creation of one of his dishes.
