Cast Iron Stovetop Grills

This is my first cast iron grill pan, although I have five other pieces of Le Creuset, which I love....I think it works best with meat or vegetables that are dry. Anything saucy makes a mess....Fish, meat, vegetables and chicken all turn out great.......
