Swissmar Verso In/Outdoor Raclette Grill with Cast Iron Top

The cast iron raclette grill lets you grill or griddle right on the top surface while you melt cheese and warm toppings in the trays below. Try thin-cut vegetables, shrimp, sliced sausage or bread on top, then finish with melted cheese in a tray for a classic raclette-style bite.

Yes. The cast iron raclette grill is certified for both indoor and outdoor use, so you can bring it from the dining table to the patio when the moment calls for it.

It comes with eight ceramic-coated raclette trays and heat-resistant spatulas. That setup makes it easy for multiple people to melt, scrape and serve their own portions at the table.

One side is a grill surface for searing and char marks and the other side is a griddle surface for foods that cook best on a flatter plane. Flip the cast iron top based on the menu, then keep trays going underneath for melted cheese and warm add-ins.

The Verso raclette grill uses a 1900-watt heating element. That high wattage is designed to keep the cooking surface hot and the tray area ready for steady melting during longer meals.

Raclette is hands-on by nature, and this grill is set up to make it simple. With a shared cooking top and eight individual trays, everyone can cook, melt and build bites at their own pace, which keeps the meal moving and the conversation going.
