Rolled the dice on ordering these plates online without seeing/touching them. They're very very nice and seem to have the quality that is worth the cost. ...We have the plates, deep plates and salad plates and love them all.

I used it to make overnight French toast and is cleaned up easily. I would highly recommend this baker as it is well made....I love French bakeware and have a few pieces from Emile Henry in this collection.
