They clean up easily but still allow a fond to form when cooking. The non-stick coating is like new. I have since bought more pans in the line because these are so wonderful....I use this skillet everyday and it makes cooking a breeze!

I used all 3 ways of cooking so far....Unless you plan to do all your cooking from a multi-use Air Fryer, Convection Heating, (this one has grill/griddle tray too - enough accessories there!)

It does take a bit of experience to figure out the perfect upper and lower plate temperatures and perfect cooking time (upper plate 450F, lower plate 410F, in my case- making sourdough waffles at close to 8000 ft. elevation).
