Great non stick pans...I never have the whole set I love it I will recommended to my friends and family...This cookware set is a cooks dream! This is a true non-stick set so I only use very little butter or olive oil for healthy fat purposes.

Perhaps these pans are now made differently? I preferred the older style but will keep using this pan....This deep non-stick skillet is perfect. I find many recipes now require cooking on top of the stove, then putting the pan in the oven.
