I love the pan new cast iron pan from Lodge!!! Although from Sur La Table I paid 12.00 per pan more than I would have buying the same item from Bass Pro shops.

Though a little more tedious to clean, it is worth it to grease this guy up because it is naturally seasoning the cast iron every time you use it....We are using our 12? cast iron grill pan on our portable induction burner for outdoor Korean bbq.
