I really love this skillet. I have many skillets. Cast iron, blue steel, All Clad. ...Good bye to coated non-stick skillets...I love this 12" skillet! I have never gotten the hang of stainless steel until this skillet.

Weight is light compared to my other quality stainless steel skillets. Would most definitely highly recommend to others....After decades of cooking and struggling to find the perfect skillet , I found it in this DeMeyere skillet set!
