Skills Classes For Friends

We love Sur La Table...Always a great time with chef Joy. We have donec4 classes with her and have enjoyed them all....I would love for him to teach another/next level knife skills class.

So maybe not the best first experience with a cooking class here....Great workshop...A great workshop. Provided tons to tips. I've made both recipes at home and each were a success.
